The whole point of democracy is to make that unnecessary

Long ago, we freely entered into an agreement about how we will be governed, how we will select the people who will govern us, how we will come up with the laws that we live by, and how we will change the agreement if its not working for us. By 'we', I mean our respective states.

If we don't like who is governing us, we can vote for someone else. If we don't like a law, we can change it. If we want to change the Constitution, we can do that too. All we need is the support of enough voters to make it happen. Really the only thing that we don't have an agreed process for is seccession, and that can be fixed.

A revolution without the support of a broad majority of the populace is never justified. And in a democracy, it should never be necessary. If you can't get people to agree to the changes you want, you have no right of revolution to force your changes against the people's will. If you try, you're a terrorist and should be put down as such.
