RE: Glueing my truck back together. My vehicle repair attempt today

Sorry, I somehow missed the rpm question. Yes, mine does the same. It is the heat shield above the exhaust manifold. It didn't look like much fun to get to so at about 60k miles, I stopped at an exhaust shop to ask how much to replace it. The guy took a long steel bar reached the shield from the top and dented it in a couple or places and said no charge. That fixed the resonance/rattle for about 10 years.

The door panel is on the easy side as far as door panels go. I have a set of the interior panel tools, which are just plastic pry tools and cheap and I did use them, but I really didn't need to. A screwdriver with a tape tip would have done it. Watch one of the clips, if I remember right you pull out then up.
