is there an actual limit on presidential pardons? I mean he is letting people out of prison who are 100% guilty and even admitted their guilt.
I mean he is in lash out mode right now - if he really wanted to could he pardon the entire US prison population? I mean just let out all the serial killers, murderers, rapists, etc - all of them.
I mean that would be a pretty cool "screw you" on the way out the door. I mean he is petty enough to do it.
Or is there something in the constitution (For what that is worth) that limits the number of people he can free?
Someone said he can't pardon himself but unless that is specifically written down someplace - I think he can do it because when he leaves office he has over 1000 lawsuits ready to be filed against him and his family. Plus, Melania will pile on with divorce proceedings (but Trumpty Dumpty has no money and is $400m in debt for being such a gifted businessman - so she won't get much)
