Once I figured out how different and good a cask conditioned ale could be, I've made a point of ordering at least one at any brew pub or bar that offers them when I visit. A cold, fizzy, straw colored lager is fine after mowing the lawn but they don't hand a candle flavor wise to a well served cask conditioned ale. They're fine examples of a good brewer's craft.
