Your God does know when you have a sense of smug satisfaction when people die E-Stat. You can't hide from Him.
One can have all the great ideas and policies and tell people to wear a mask and stay home and social distance. People choose to follow the science and the evidence or they choose not to. The people who choose not to tend to get Covid-19. Whether they live in a blue state or a red state.
Since you made it political that the "left" coast can't solve the problem I then asked you for results of how many lefties are dying versus righties. Politicians and guys like Fauci can't force people to follow their advice and protocols. If they choose to follow Trump instead then that's their choice.
Darwinism in action. The more fat asses like Trump and his followers that die off the better off the planet.
