Yes, my wife had COVID in July after flying. Her 89 year old parents got it last month along with her brothers, SIL and the SIL's parents. None died, but the SIL's 90 year old father did go to the hospital for a few days.
My wife's symptoms started with and vertigo which she gets once in a blue moon. Then, it moved to body aches and a little bit of a fever and fatigue. Several days into it, she lost taste and smell, had a little sinus congestion, but no lung issues. It lasted about 8 days and was mild.
My son and I never got it even with the wife in the house though we did semi-quarantine, she slept in the guest room and used the hall bath. It was also summer, so the windows were always open.
You should get a finger O2 sensor, about $15 at the drug store. If levels go below 90% for an extended time, go to the hospital.
If you're healthy and fit, take some zinc and Vitamin D and a little whiskey and wait it out.
