Yes. And I'll bet you that everyone talking about the ACA hasn't dealt with it in real life. As a small business, it's our only option. We always bought the Bronze plan as the Silver and Gold plans were outrageously more expensive.

Also, most options were from PPOs like Kaiser or the like and were more expensive for the top tier and required copays. Most of the others like Aetna didn't offer a plan and we were limited to mostly 3rd tier companies.

It's not political, it's experience.

BTW: We've easily spent more that $100K from the ACA pool since it went online with nothing more than an annual physical and a free colonoscopy to show for it.
