moons ago, when I worked slingin' audio for Circuit City, we had a phenomenal sales guy. Chari$ma personified. But every time a customer came in, he'd try and head off the nearest sales person. After a few months, where he led sales but had pissed off pretty much every one on staff, he was "let go."
