perfectly fitting N95 masks and six-foot distancing, extended (more than a few minutes) contact is dangerous. Remember, aerosols and droplets hang around in the air much longer than originally thought--- hours longer. So, the likelihood of inhaling a sufficient amount and a sufficiently contaminated amount of matter in a relatively short amount of time can be high.
I'm afraid to say that the only indoor or social contact that is safe for all concerned is... none. Or very, very short greetings. (Grocery stores and other large venues, during slow times, that have professional air exchange systems and far greater volumes/person are much safer).
