RE: Change those light bulbs!

Yeah, I've had some hit and miss issues with LEDs. My office has 6" cans and it seems like 1 in 4 or 6 is an early failure. Most of our cans are 4" and I haven't had any of those fail.

Dimmers are a bitch. LEDs don't like being dimmed a lot, Even if just half dimmed, when you turn the lights on again, it seems like the last can in the light won't come on until you turn up the dimmer.
