We're going there next week. My daughter and her husband bought a place there for $200K that's sweet about 8 years ago. And yes, we'll spoil the grandkids.

Prices have gone up, but $300K is easy and trust me, do you want to landscape an acre?

Why didn't you do solar while they had net metering?
