That's an appropriate word. US new cases and deaths are exploding, all across the country.Let's reason this out: asymptomatic people can spread the disease; one can go 14-days with no symptoms before manifesting--- or not show symptoms at all; children can infect adults; adults, obviously, can infect other adults.
So, schools, which notoriously are unable to enforce isolation and mask-wearing consistently among kids, are prime breeding grounds. Kids indeed may themselves be at low risk for serious complications--- but not so teachers, parents, and the employees and others around those possibly infected teachers and parents.
Here's the formula: until a community embraces mask-wearing and social-distancing, and the figures for infection are very, very low--- no school. And no work in enclosed spaces that isn't officially "essential."
