High school for 2 years. Only made it to regionals once where we lost, sort of.
We lost our debate, but won a consolation prize when we teamed up with 2 girls from our school (both attractive, one a cheerleader, the other on the drill team. Can't remember what they competed in, probably something related to office competition, shorthand?) for chicken fights in the Corpus Christi hotel pool.I was not attached at the time, but my debate partner, my best friend, had a steady girlfriend. We were a little too naive to worry about his girlfriend getting jealous if she found out. Anyway, it was just good clean fun; we were in the water, after all. :-)
