You're in a line of traffic, vehicle at the head of the line is going 5 under the limit (and speed limits, for the most part, are already set artificially low), and getting tailgated by the guy behind YOU!
Really?!!! What does the tailgater expect you to do, leapfrog all the cars in front of you?
And in my case, I drive a small, low-slung coupe. Mr. or Ms. Tailgater is in a pickup or an SUV and can easily see the cars in front of me.
