Wife and I were returning from Vegas. She was cruising along at 80+ with another car.
Up besides up comes a CHP who yells to 'slow down' over his speaker......So we did.
Car in front of us got the same message but must have said to forget it.
About 5 miles up? Other guy getting a TICKET. OOOPS!
ABout 35+ years ago me and a buddy were headed for an overnite in Vegas. We'd leave after dark to avoid most of the heat. We were passed by about 5 REALLY fast drivers in caravan. Up ahead the guy in the CADDY was pulled over smoking / overheated. maybe 10 minutes further UP? The REST of 'em were ALL pulled over getting a REAL TICKET. OUCH! Guy in broken Caddy was the lucky one.....
