High, milky haze. We're currently under high pressure that would normally produce deep blue "Chamber of Commerce" skies.

This morning's weather report stated that it would be here again today (it is) -- and also that, on the higher mountains in VT and NH, one might even get a faint whiff of smoke from the air(!).

In other weather news, we had a light frost early this morning. Current forecast is for widespread frost Friday night. Summer is over . :(
