With all the technology today - why the hell don't they make modern cars LOOK good like this.
I mean the Honda Civic is a garish monstrosity - but they obviously put a lot of time into creating that style with curves and such so it's not like they can't do it.
The current Mazda Miata is a damn pretty little Sports car - it's not fast etc but on looks alone that car can sell. With all the shared platforms going on surely some car makers can make a car look as good as the classic cars. AND the modern cars will out 0-60 most of them.
And bring back Orange, Yellow, and British Racing Green. I guess there isn't much of a market with SUVs but the roadways are just filled with the equiovalent of Borg Drones. Big Silver, White, Black SUVS that all more or less look the same. Mercedes, BMW, Volvo - BLAH - Dime a dozen.
At least the Mustang is offered in a bucket load of colours with optional stripes and such to give the owner some sort of option to bling it up a bit.
