It is time.

Makin' 'mater sauce.

This is a roasted sauce recipe from Stonewall Kitchens .
It is easy, it is delicious, and, while cooking, it makes the house smell amazing .
:)
PS Literlly everything in it is home-grown in the ol' backyard -- except the salt, pepper, and EVOO. Oh, and a teeny bit of sugar.
