No, actually that is very cool -- although I am really, truly not sure that now is the time to be fiddlin' with accelerated timelines using vaccination strategies (e.g., mRNA-based vaccines) that are less than "tried and true".
An approvable drug -- or vaccine -- has to be both safe and effective. Safe first. We have zillions of patient-years of safety data on the old-school way of making vaccines (which is low-tech to the point of being brutish ). High tech, molecular biology approaches to vaccination? Not so much.
