Three slices per sandwich, maybe 1/4-1/3 lb. Re-heated slowly in the microwave at 10% power. Then drizzled with a little bit of tangy BBQ sauce and topped with cheese, a bit of onion and lettuce. The meat was moist and tender and even the leaner muscle had a little more flavor than I remember it having the night before.
Overall, a pleasant surprise. I liked the sandwich better than eating the roast when it was freshly cooked. It wasn't as rich and smoky as a good pulled pork sandwich, but a lot healthier. Now I just might give this another try sometime.
