that I linked... the part that I found interesting and I agree with is NOT the highlighted portion but that part which is NOT highlighted. In other words, if I am just walking down the street, NOT wearing a mask and I pass you on the sidewalk there will be little to NO likelihood of exposure to Covid...Of course if you cough or sneeze as you pass me and have symptoms THAT would be an entirely different subject.... Generally speaking unless you are in close proximity to people for an extended period of time, you really don't need to wear a mask outdoors. That was my take on it. Now if you are protesting, rioting, attending rallies, playing contact sports and NOT wearing a mask OR social distancing... that is an entrely different thing!
