RE: Paul Prudhomme's K-Pauls Louisiana Kitchen RIP


I remember him coming to San Francisco in the early 80's with his kitchen, staff and equipment, and took over Wolfgang's in the Ebarkadero center for a two week run that is when I first heard about blackened red fish. Fast forward to after Katrina he would sit out front of K-Paul's with a Cajun band welcoming people back to the city. I love watching him cook on his PBS shows he took such joy in what he was doing.
