If you are a known person (celebrity, public official, officer of a company, leader of an organization, whatever) you had better not criticize the protests or BLM movement or even appear insensitive to it over private social media or email accounts. If you do, you are taking a big risk of being "outed" and then losing your position because of an angry mob of thought vigilantes.
