South Korea has been seeing positive results from patients well after they recovered from a case of COVID-19. They determined that the PCR test was reacting to dead viral matter, the patients were not re-infected and are not contagious.
If she was tested using the same test kit both times, then it could also be a false positive. However, if different test kits were used, then it's far more likely that she recovered from an infection without developing symptoms.
