and I think that if you watch the video, the cop clearly used force beyond what was probably called for.. however burning cities, buildings and museums to the ground is NOT the answer. Thugs will be thugs and these kind of incidents drive the thugs into the streets. My sister-in-law works for the Sheriffs Dept. in San Bernardino and she says this cop somehow slipped through the cracks and should have been on disciplinary action WAY before now. I'm guessing that most police Depts. will be reviewing situations like this now and into the future... how to best deal with these individuals that are currently among their ranks.
