I get an envelope with a card in the mail every day. Unless it's from my bank, the envelope goes straight into the trash unopened.
Until your post, I seriously had not heard anything about stimulus payments coming via debit card. I just Googled and found this press release:

But it didn't seem to make the news.
The press release says they're from MetaBank, which I don't think I've seen. But then I found this story , which says they come in an envelope from "Money Network Cardholder Services". My memory is not perfect, but I'm pretty sure I saw that return address on an otherwise blank envelope last Thurs or Fri.
