With a couple exceptions e.g. Stockholm, outbreaks in Western Europe are on the tail end now, so their current deaths/1M should be close to the final numbers (for the first wave).
As a whole, the US still has a ways to go before we can see the end of the first wave. If we can get the trends reversed in those 15 states I mentioned, we might only see 50% more deaths and end up with numbers similar to France and better than Spain, Italy, and UK.
However, I think we have little chance of pulling that off. There's just too big of a push to keep opening up further in places that haven't even seen the worst of it yet.
And Brazil may pass us all.
