The business closures here were similarly limited. Restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, specialty retail, dentists, barbers, golf courses. That's about it. Most big box retail remained open. Gun shops remained open. All manufacturing and construction was also considered essential.
NH did not mandate an occupancy limit. Some stores did voluntarily, e.g. Walmart, but that only lasted about a week before they gave up on it. The malls that just re-opened say they will limit occupancy to 50 sf per person, which means they can "only" hold 20,000 people.
