I live in NH. Retail is back open today. Even the malls reopened. So did hair salons. Even dentists. But the daily counts of new cases and deaths are still rising here and we haven't seen the peak yet. My little town has the highest number of cases per capita in the state, and still only half the people here wear masks at the store.
It really makes me scratch my head. What was the point of closing things down for 7 weeks only to reopen when the community spreading is still accelerating?
