You're not going to convince anyone if your argument is based on coincidence

Coincidence is not causation.

So far, I haven't seen any evidence, not even weak evidence, that this virus was engineered. Unless there is some, this is just conspiracy wankery.

If it did escape from the lab, which is a plausible theory, that does not imply it was a biological weapon. China has lived through many outbreaks of a coronaviruses and animal influenza viruses which crossed over to humans, so there is nothing inherently nefarious about an institute for virology studying it.
