They need to train these (robber flies) to attack those hornets.
"Adults of all species are predators and they will attack a variety of insects including insects much larger than their own body size; even "armed" prey such as yellowjackets and bald-faced hornets."
I only know about robber flies because I collected and identified some for an insect collection for my ninth grade biology class in Texas.
