Additionally, as this thread is in reference to "government employees have been "furloughed"/"let go"/"laid off" without pay" during the coronavirus pandemic lockdown, it's clear that the context of fantja's statement was in regards to China's actions re: the Covid-19 pandemic's impact on the United States.

Even the link that you provided " https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ha6dehSZn_Y " shows that the context of a lawsuit against China is in regards to China's handling of Covid-19.

So you respond to fantja's statement with "I don't get what you angry about..."(in reference to suing the shit out of China) and proceed to hold the "you"(Americans) responsible - for wanting cheap crap because it was cheap, being happy to buy goods made by children in sweat shops, allowing all our big companies to dismantle unions, fire all our workers and move plants to China, knowing they would steal intellectual property, operate in unsafe conditions and have zero red tape when it came to abuse of power and the environment, blah, blah, blah .

You state "You have no one to blame but yourselves." without any mention of China having any responsibility for any of their actions that may exist that contributed the spread of the pandemic virus and which may have contributed to or exacerbated the severity of the pandemic outside of China, actions which would be the basis of a lawsuit against China. But, it seems that you left no stone unturned in blaming the "you"(Americans) for everything leading up to and in reference to the Covid-19 pandemic in the United States (the context of fantja's statement).

So, logically, you can see how and why I interpreted your comments the way that I did, that your comments about Americans (the "you") were in the context of Covid-19 responsibility. No straw man argument. But, if I was wrong, it is understandable due to the context of this thread and fantja's statement.
