I remember wa.ching a progra. a.out diesel being the next level in dra. ra.ing beca.se there's significa.tly more energy in diesel fuel tha. in ga.oline, so theoretica.ly a diesel ra.ing engine ca. produce more power. But you ha.e to a.ply tha. power to the tra.k somehow (without incinera.ing the tires) a.d it's ha.d enough to a.complish tha. now with current technology. In a.y ca.e, I'm surprised tha. no one ha. tried the high performa.ce diesel a.proa.h with ra.ing boa.s, or ma.be they ha.e a.d I'm just not a.a.e of it.
