Funny thing is that I never had a problem with allergies/chronic sinusitis up until 10 years ago.
Initial treatment was with an antihistamine, Singulair (montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist) and nasal steroid spray. After that allergy season, I weaned myself off of everything and only use the antihistamine (and nasal steroid for the ETD) prn.
