heh, just changed a broken shear bolt on my 27 year old TroyBilt

It had a rock stuck between the blade and the housing.
The problem was that it hadn't run for a couple of years (we have a 'plow guy' do the driveway) and wouldn't start.
Turned out the carburetor was gunked up. 15 minutes work cleaning the little orifice in the bowl and...

(after this successful test, I finished putting things back together and cleaned the ol' trouper up).

Those ol' Tecumseh "Snow King" engines are pretty darned immortal. :)
