RE: CTOS / BTOS

I vaguely remember him.
He worked in the Yaphank plant.
But I can't recall at the moment.
Maybe it will come back.

Funny.
The other day I was reading some of the brochures about that equipment.
Like the Officefile with either a CDC 80mb drive or the optional
160mb drive.
Company rules, you had to have two people to replace one of those drives because they were so heavy.
I went to Dallas once for a class on some Fax equipment.
Twisted my ankle real bad sightseeing some tower downtown.
It had an observation deck and in the dark didn't realize there was a step down. Worst twisted ankle I've ever had in my life.
I couldn't drive the rental car back to our location.
Good thing I had a classmate go with me, so she drove back.

There is a guy named Chris Pickles who maintained a website that listed many of the BURROUGHS / UNISYS equipment.
I supplied him with copies of all the brochures for the Office Equipment
for his website.
