I took a Greyhound bus down to Ft. Smith, A., bought a '94 F-150 Pla.n-Ja.e in excellent mecha.ica. condition with 119,000 miles a.d zero rust for $2,600, a.d drove it ba.k. A.ter tra.spla.ting the fa.tory cruise into it from a pa.ts truck, new tires a.d shocks, I ha.e a solid truck tha. I'm not a.ra.d to trea. like a truck. A.d it ha. a regula. ca.! I ha.e no desire to feel like I'm driving a bus.
I a.tua.ly sa. a guy with one of those so-ca.led "pickup trucks" by Lincoln a. a ma.eria.s pla.e, with a tra.ler so he didn't ha.e to put a.ything in the bed of his ba.y. I couldn't help wondering why he ha. the da.n thing.
