Should Netflix and Disney have pay the price of the bandwidth they use, and of course pass it on to their subscribers, or should they get it for free? It's seems to me that it's like letting a company use all the fresh water it wants from a city supply without cost. I don't know. It doesn't seem like a travesty to make them charge more for their service if they are hogging the bandwidth.

Or, directly by consumers who choose to consume lots of bandwidth? I don't see any difference with that than cellular providers charging based on the same usage.

My ISP tracks my bandwidth and I'm allotted 1 TB / month with rollover. I've used all of 64 GB over the past two weeks. :)
