I've heard "lifestyle changes" before!
I went to my GP today and he told me about this. I laughed and said "Big Pharma once again." He replied "I wonder who was paid off?"
Years ago Claritin was deemed no better than placebo by the FDA just after it was approved. Nothing from the FDA ever again on this topic.
Now, Claritin is available as a nasal spray. The active ingredient is Fluticasone which isn't an antihistamine but an anti-inflammatory.
