RE: just finished a week long battle with ants

Just up the interstate from you in Kansas, our biggest problems with ants are usually during the spring time rains when the ground gets saturated. The ants start seeking dryer and higher ground. I have to patrol the exposed areas of the foundation with an insecticide on a daily basis.

Before I retired from the USPS, I was a quick study as to whose mail box had ant infestations. The little things could move fast.
