I don't get an attitude or hear any mumbling when I get fast food.
My favorite fast food is Subway. The little Indian lady always smiles and pretty muck knows my order. We usually get sandwiches for lunch and salads for dinner later. If I just order a sandwich, she says "what, no salad?" One day she asked me how I was feeling. I said fine why do you ask? She said "because you don't look so good". I have no idea what that was about, but I wasnt offended. BH would have been on here ranting before he ate his food.
