RE: And rebuilding on flood plains...

I have spent a few days in SF. We were really on our way to Yosemite. Loved Yosemite. SF seemed kind of cool and damp for summer. Of course our summers are brutal, but we have awesome winters. It rarely goes below freezing.

I have seen most of the US. Colorado is my favorite state, but it does get a little chilly depending on the elevation.

If I won the lottery, I' would have a summer home in Aspen, and live here October through April. I might need a condo in the Keys (Florida) as well for January.
