anyone else experience overlapping audio on youtube?

lately I've been getting overlapping audio on youtube. For instance, if I start a video it will play fine, but if I skip to another portion of the video both tracks will play from their perspective positions. If I pause the video one track will pause but the other will continue.

I tried googling for answers with: 'overlapping audio on youtube' and all I got was an insane amount of youtube videos teaching you how to overdub! lol.

This has just recently started within the past month or so, never had a problem with Firefox in this regard for years.
