And I'll bet you thought "The Terminator" was a work of fiction. There are probably a lot of things you and I disagree on, but one we can agree on is this topic. I am fearful for my daughter and young people in general. Where will they find meaningful employment in our future world? I hear people say they will train/retrain to fix those robots, but that's bullshit. A handful of welding robots replaces 50 or 100 humans on the spot welding station. Does anybody think it takes 50 or 100 humans to service those robots? Without jobs, where will people get money to buy the things those robots make? And if people aren't buying things, who needs all those robots? I have no idea where we're headed, but I don't like the direction of it at all.
