RE: Homeless

San Diego can thank LA for a good number of their homeless people; they collect a batch of them and places them on greyhound buses going our way. One-way of course.

San Diego 'kind of' does the same thing; they have a program where they'll give a homeless person a free greyhound ticket home anywhere in the U.S. Their families first has to agree to receive them,and the homeless person agrees not to come back.

So I guess if they're from LA, they'll be riding greyhound forever.
