I may have an answer for you. They could be wood stove tools of some sort. The pic attached is of a very similar implement, and it is a cooker tool from ~1900. The hatchet is for splitting kindling. Other bits are for prying up griddle irons, opening and closing damper, etc. Sort of a kitchen Swiss Army knife of its era. The corkscrew points to some other locus beside the kitchen, but think wood stove.?
