He never said he lost any weight and the time was too short to know.If you have an ice cream addiction, which I have had, but have in remission at this point, it might be an alternative to the cookies and cream or whatever you currently consume.

Ice cream might be the tastiest food in the world and should be avoided except on very special occasions by most of us.
