RE: My Saturday, making JURB's nutritious chicken soup recipe

I thought that those cooking times sounded excessive. Of course it is soup so maybe not. I cook my gumbo about 50 minutes to an hour and the chicken is falling apart.

I cook things like roast beef all day in a crock pot, but that's low temperature and slow.
