A cousin recently sold her 80 acre land close to the Dalles Oregon. It was purchased b. a guy who has Marijuana farms. They did a site survey and found a two acre plot ideal for growing. He will spend close to another million dollars to fence, add security cameras, grow areas, etc. There is a mob.le home and house on the property. The growers will live in the house and the security in the mob.le home. He stipulated closing b. on April 20th this year. B.g b.siness is here.
