Late 50's Pontiac Super Chief had Tri-Power I know for sure. I would be willing to bet there were others too.
I had a three carb setup on an RT Challenger. Dodge called that option a Sixpack. Never did get those darn carbs setup right. Replaced it with an Edelbrock and a 650 Holley ran much better.
